Defined terms used in this Privacy Policy and not defined herein are defined in the OrgMob Terms of Service.

OrgMob™ will make commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard your privacy. OrgMob does not use web beacons and cookies are only used for 1. ephemeral web page server session management and 2. to record having given notice about our cookie policy. When you use the Service to change List information, that change is visible to all members of the List. When you invite other people to join OrgMob or an OrgMob List or send them messages using OrgMob Software, OrgMob may send communication on your behalf, naming you as the sender. This communication may be via the Service, email, or other method. "OrgMob", in addition to denoting the company, also describes the products and/or services that are licensed and/or sold by the company using various trademarks and service marks, including but not limited to HausAdmin™. This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Service, which are located at https://orgmob.com/tos.jsp.

  1. PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

    OrgMob may collect personally identifiable information ("PII") about you including your name, your email address, a unique identifier describing a mobile device, information that may accompany a financial transaction, or information provided during the normal course of technical support or customer service. Device information for the purposes of:

    1. device messaging for the purpose of data synchronization (which can be disabled), and
    2. analytics such as crash reporting
    is shared with services provided by operating system suppliers to enable those purposes. We do not otherwise share PII with third parties that are unauthorized by you except as required by government order. The PII enables the proper functioning of the service and is never sold.

  2. PII REVIEW, CHANGE, AND DELETION PROCESS

    You may change your name and email address, as well as delete your account along with its PII, using the account management screen in your mobile application.

  3. PROCESS FOR MATERIAL CHANGE TO PRIVACY POLICY

    When a material change is made to OrgMob's Privacy Policy, further use of OrgMob's service will require your digital acknowledgement. Notice will be delivered to you via our application that you use or when logging in to our website.

  4. PRIVACY POLICY EFFECTIVE DATE

    This privacy policy is effective as of midnight standard local time on 28 May 2024 in San Francisco, California, USA.
